Russell Tobin is partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for a 100% remote role in the United States. This position supports a SaaS finance team handling high-volume B2B AR operations, including collections, cash application, disputes, and reporting.

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive collections, and provide reporting that impacts cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume B2B accounts receivable workflows.
• Strong collections and cash application knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP and AR automation platforms.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collections for a high-volume B2B portfolio.
• Execute collection strategies using dunning schedules and escalation procedures.
• Proactively contact customers to secure timely payments via calls, email, and meetings.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize accounts by risk and balance.
• Document interactions in the ERP or collections platform.
• Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate on action plans with leadership.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies; coordinate with banking partners.
• Prepare weekly/monthly AR aging reports and collection metrics; support forecasting.
