Talentify is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and ensure timely receivables. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to resolve complex issues and optimize collections.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to balance risk with customer relationships in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or 2–4 years in Credit & Collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of strategic customer accounts with timely follow-up on past-due balances.
• Review portfolios daily to assess priorities, evaluate payment performance, and identify trends or risks.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment discrepancies with Cash Applications and Billing teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activity.
