Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will manage a large portfolio (300+ accounts) and drive cash collections while resolving payment issues and disputes.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, and experience with AR aging reports. Collaboration with multiple teams and a focus on customer relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and commercial collections.

• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio independently.
• Familiarity with AR aging reports and collection strategies.

Responsibilities

• Review AR aging reports and prioritize collections by risk and balance.
• Manage a portfolio of 300+ accounts and drive collections on past-due balances.
• Investigate payment delays, disputes, deductions, and unapplied cash.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and barriers to payment.
• Prepare reports on delinquency, collection activity, and portfolio performance.
