• Hands-on accounting in staffing/recruiting industry preferred.
• Experience with high-volume AR and weekly invoicing.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable/Cash Application: apply payments to invoices and prepare journal entries; address discrepancies weekly.
• Cash Management: monitor net payment terms and aging; escalate non-compliant terms.
• Accounts Payable: process payments via Bill.com and reconcile entries; month-end close prep.
• Expense Reports: review and book employee expenses per policy; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism; ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure accurate financial statements and journal entries; professional client/vendor communications.
