AccruePartners is seeking a Credit & Collections professional to manage a portfolio of high-dollar B2B accounts in a remote role. You will combine hands-on collections with analysis of credit risk and process improvements to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive B2B accounts receivable, credit, or collections experience.
• Experience independently managing a complex/high-dollar customer portfolio.
• Strong collections experience with analytical problem-solving and account reconciliation skills.
• Ability to investigate recurring AR issues beyond single transactions.
• Experience identifying process gaps and recommending workflow improvements.
• Familiarity with billing disputes, deductions, unapplied cash, aging analysis, and credit-risk indicators.
• Able to partner with Sales/Operations to resolve issues while protecting business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-dollar, strategic customer accounts.
• Combine hands-on collections with account analysis and credit-risk evaluation.
• Resolve billing disputes, deductions, and unapplied cash with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor delinquency trends and develop account-specific collection strategies.
• Identify root causes of AR problems and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Use ERP reporting, analytics, and automation to improve portfolio performance.
• Influence collection strategies and workflow improvements across teams.
