Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking an AR & Collections Manager to lead our end-to-end AR and collections function in a high-volume SaaS environment. You will own the collections lifecycle, oversee cash receipts, and drive DSO reduction, while building a scalable, high-performing team.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize processes, policies, and payment methods (including ACH migration). This is a remote role headquartered in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA/CCP a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive AR and collections experience, including team management in a high-volume SaaS environment.
• Deep hands-on experience across the full AR lifecycle: collections, disputes, cash application, unapplied payments, credit management, and month-end close.
• Experience designing collection goals and dunning strategies for teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete AR collections lifecycle from invoice delivery to payment collection and escalations.
• Lead the migration from check payments to ACH/EFT, with campaign management and adoption tracking.
• Oversee cash receipts (ACH, wire, check, credit card) and ensure same-day/next-day posting in NetSuite.
• Develop and enforce credit policy, payment terms, and write-off thresholds.
• Build and maintain AR dashboards and provide weekly AR flash reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed AR/collections team; collaborate with Sales and Customer Success.
