Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Technical Business Development leader for Specialization and APN Programs to define and drive the worldwide strategy for partner validation, development, and scale. Own the Specialization Program and lead its transformation into an AI-powered partner development platform to grow the AWS Partner Network and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Define and own the strategy for AWS Specialization Program, setting the vision for partner validation and growth.
Architect the shift from gate to growth accelerator to increase partner capacity.
Develop customer intake signals for partner enablement and transformation.
Create the Partner Performance Index to drive specialization achievement and renewals.
Influence leadership on program direction, investment, and trade-offs.
Design autonomous, AI-powered program operations to scale partner assessments, validation, and development.
