Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Specialist and Partner Funding Program Manager to design, evolve, and launch scalable funding programs that accelerate partner growth and AWS field priorities.

You will collaborate with the APN Delivery and Funding Operations teams, manage multiple initiatives, and report on program outcomes. The role requires strong program management, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement programs to support AWS partner funding and field priorities.
• Collaborate with APN Delivery to build end-to-end processes and scale through automation.
• Serve as expert on partner funding processes, guidelines and options for internal partners and APN partners, sharing insights and proposing improvements.
• Work with Geo Funding Teams to assess funding approvals that drive new customers, retention, and revenue growth on AWS.
