Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development leader for Specialization and APN Programs.

Qualifications
- 7+ years with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute/Edge/Hybrid/Security/Networking).
- 7+ years Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales or Consulting experience.
- 7+ years with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, DB or Storage.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
- Experience influencing innovation via a partner ecosystem with enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and own strategy for AWS Specialization Program and its growth.
- Architect shift from designation-as-gate to growth-accelerator across partners.
- Develop partner intake signals and a performance index for specialization.
- Set priorities and trade-offs across specialization and partner portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and executive-level operating mechanisms.
