Amazon Web Services,Inc. seeks a Senior APN Programs Lead to define the worldwide strategy for AWS Specialist and Partner programs, and to scale partner capacity and capability across workloads and geographies.

You will drive an AI-powered transformation of the APN program, accelerating partner readiness, validation, and growth while reducing friction and cost at scale. This is a strategic, high-visibility role requiring enterprise-scale business development and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute/Edge/Hybrid/Security/Networking).
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and own AWS Specialization Program strategy and growth.
• Architect shift from designation-as-gate to growth-accelerator.
• Develop partner performance indices and investment priorities.
• Influence senior leadership on program direction and resources.
• Create agentic APN Program with AI-driven partner development.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Solution Architects, and Field teams.
