Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a senior operator to design and scale its partner agreement programs. You will own workflow architecture, measurement infrastructure, and performance tracking across design, selection, execution, and activation with AI-forward automation.

You will partner with data engineering, sales, and planning teams to standardize KPIs and data quality. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, define data standards, and build self-service tooling to empower field teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale the workflow architecture and measurement infrastructure that powers partner agreement programs from program design and partner selection through execution and performance tracking.
• Establish standardized performance frameworks, KPI definitions, and data quality standards for partners, field teams, and leadership.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on shared data definitions and reporting systems to eliminate inconsistencies.
• Architect end-to-end workflows that reduce manual handoffs and automate repeatable steps with platform configuration.
• Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI and automation across the partner journey to improve speed and accuracy.
• Incubate new workflow patterns, prototype with partners, then codify proven patterns into scalable logic.
• Monitor system health and drive resolution through configuration changes or engineering.
