Qualifications

• 4+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute/Networking/Security)
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• Experience influencing organizational leadership decisions and partner ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy for AWS Specialization Program and AWS Partner Network growth
• Architect the shift from designation-as-gate to growth-accelerator and drive partner capacity
• Create AI-powered, autonomous programs to automate partner assessment, renewal, and development
• Influence senior leadership on program direction, investment, and trade-offs
• Operate as strategic connector between Engineering, Solution Architects, and Field teams
