7Seventy is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join the accounting team and support a fast-growing energy storage business. You will manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment workflows, and account reconciliation across multiple legal entities, with focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will also assist with month-end close, reporting, audits, and process improvements in a hybrid work setup across dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting department experience.
• Renewable energy/power/utilities/construction experience preferred.
• Excel proficiency with macros, pivot tables and data queries.
• Experience with Stampli, NetSuite or similar software.
• Strong organization and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Process high volumes of accounts payable invoices via Stampli across multiple entities.
• Identify and resolve vendor discrepancies; optimize payment timing and methods.
• Obtain and verify W-9s and payment instructions; handle ACH, wire, and BillPay.
• Set up and maintain vendors in NetSuite and banking platforms.
• Process credit card transactions with proper GL coding and documentation.
• Support month-end close, reporting, audits, and internal controls.
