Job summary

SkyVest Renewables, a renewable power platform backed by ArcLight Capital Partners, is building out its asset management team. We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee end-to-end AP, vendor payments, and relationships.

This role reports to the Director of Accounting in the Finance department and is based in Newtown, PA. You will manage invoice intake, 3-way match, expense reimbursements, and AP KPIs while partnering across the organization to strengthen controls as SkyVest

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle AP process from invoice intake to payment processing.
• Code approvals and 3-way match; manage vendor onboarding and data accuracy.
• Prepare AP aging, accruals, and support month/year-end close.
• Develop and report AP KPIs to drive process improvements.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and internal/external audits.
