SkyVest Renewables is building out a best-in-class asset management platform to maximize our growing portfolio. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to oversee the end-to-end AP function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense management, and payments.

This role reports to the Director, Accounting in the Accounting and Finance department and will be the key contact for vendor management and relationships across SkyVest

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with AP automation, ERP systems, and workflow tools (e.g., Bill.com, Sage).
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and AP compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full cycle accounts payable process, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Evaluate and document AP workflows to strengthen internal controls as SkyVest scales.
• Schedule payment runs with proper approvals and 3-way invoice matching.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and maintenance, including W-9 collection and due diligence.
