Job summary

Plus Power, a leader in energy storage, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join its accounting team. The role emphasizes processing high volumes of AP, vendor onboarding in NetSuite, and ensuring accurate GL coding with a focus on GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years’ experience in an accounting department.
• Renewable energy, power, or construction experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, data queries and pivot tables skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of A/P invoices with Stampli and Lucent ledgers.
• Set up and maintain vendors in NetSuite; verify banking details.
• Reconcile AP ledger and ensure accurate GL coding and month-end close.
