Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. in Houston seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP for a high volume of PO and non-PO invoices.

You will handle payment processing, vendor inquiries, and three-way match discrepancies in partnership with procurement and operations. The role requires 5+ years’ AP experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP/OpenInvoice and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in energy, industrial, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure domains.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume PO and non-PO invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review, code, verify, and enter invoices per policies and approvals.
• Manage full-cycle AP from receipt to payment processing.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, ACH, wires, and urgent requests.
• Monitor aging and resolve outstanding items.
• Serve as primary vendor payment contact and issue resolution.
• Support vendor onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations on POs, receipts, and matching.
