Job summary

RTX is seeking a talented engineer for the Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ, onsite. The role leads antenna and radome hardware development, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and guides technology roadmaps while interfacing with government programs to refine requirements for hardware validation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience, and experience with HFSS/CST/FEKO/SENTRi/PMM/GRASP.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience including antenna/radome design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
• Engage with suppliers for manufacturing of antenna/radome components.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
