Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a senior engineer to lead antenna and radome design efforts. This onsite role coordinates across thermal, structural, and systems teams and may involve supplier engagement.

The candidate should excel in mentoring, technology roadmaps, and program-level collaboration. Strong background in antenna/radome design with experience using HFSS/CST/FEKO and related measurement methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 10+ years of relevant antenna/radome design, or an Advanced Degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with antenna or radome simulation and modeling using HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, and/or GRASP.
• Experience with antenna, radome, or sensor measurements within near or far-field systems.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD security clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams and manufacturing suppliers.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
