RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced engineer to lead antenna and radome hardware design. You will collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical and systems teams to deliver integrated solutions and work with suppliers to realize designs.

The role requires a DoD-cleared background with hands-on simulation and measurement experience, plus the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams and define technology roadmaps for modernization.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of relevant antenna/radome experience.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling using HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, or GRASP.
• Experience with antenna, radome, or sensor measurements within near or far field systems.

• Development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
• Work with antenna or radome manufacturing suppliers.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance to requirements.
