Job summary

RTX is seeking an Engineer for the Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead antenna hardware design, coordinate with thermal, structural, and systems teams, and work with suppliers to ensure validated performance.

The role requires building roadmaps, enabling modernization, and collaborating with government programs to define hardware requirements. The position is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with opportunities to contribute to multi-disciplined teams and advance RF design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant antenna/radome experience.
• Experience with near-field/far-field measurements and related testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape antenna, radome, and measurement-system technology.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to define technology roadmaps.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
• Work with government personnel to define requirements for hardware validation.
