RTX’s Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Engineer to lead antenna and radome hardware development, with responsibility for technical oversight, roadmaps, and mentorship. Expect collaboration with thermal, structural, and systems teams to advance hardware from concept to qualification.
The role requires strong expertise in antenna/radome simulation and measurements, plus ability to obtain interim clearance and work onsite in Tucson.
Formación
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM with extensive antenna/radome experience.
- Experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept to qualification.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and design antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
- Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
- Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers for antenna/radome production.
- Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
