Job summary

FactSet seeks a Senior Implementation Specialist to deploy our analytics products, ensuring data integration, configuring modules, and building end-user reports while training clients. This project-based role may involve complex engagements and mentoring junior staff.

You will work in a hybrid environment across multiple U.S. cities; travel is required. Candidates typically have 4+ years with FactSet Analytics tools, a strong technical background, and preferred industry certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background.
• Proven proficiency in writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications, custom report specifications, establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities.
• Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry.
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities during the implementation process.
• Share emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement.
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products.
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs.
• Facilitate the transition from the implementation phase to support.
