Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to deploy our analytics products through high-value projects, ensuring clients are set up to maximize subscriptions. You will lead data integration, module configuration, end-user reporting, and client training within a project-based environment.

The role requires deep Analytics knowledge, strong technical skills, and the ability to guide customers through complex processes while identifying opportunities for growth and improved workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background with analytics deployments.
• Proven ability to write complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Providing product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs
• Create user workflow specifications, custom report specifications, establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities
• Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities during the implementation process
• Share emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs
• Facilitate the transition from the implementation phase to support
