Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, and Access/system issues for a large employee population, including staffing, equipment ordering, and problem resolution. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, process improvement, and driving savings in chargebacks across Clinical and Government Services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Customer Service or onboarding roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data collection/entry and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, equipment orders, and chargeback reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, IT and operations to inform reports and tools.
• Resolve access issues with IAM/IT and manage ticket workflows.
• Present updates in ad hoc and regular meetings with business partners.
