Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, Access/system issues, Chargeback oversight and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. You will ensure new colleagues are onboarded and can perform job functions, managing staffing for 3000 profiles plus seasonal staff, equipment orders, and troubleshooting access with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, and/or PBM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must have proven experience at an intermediate level with Microsoft Excel including Formulas V look-ups
• Proficient in data collection and data entry
• Assist and lead projects and work instruction creation/updates.
• Ability to lead individual and/or team projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges that may require collaboration with operations or other Shared Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding oversight including database maintenance and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing changes and risks.
• Lead projects and diagnose complex business challenges with partners.
• Resolve access issues, document resolutions, and coordinate with IAM/IT.
• Attend meetings and coordinate training and equipment setup.
