Job summary

AES Corporation, based in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation to drive adoption consulting for US Renewables & Power initiatives. You will lead day-to-day delivery, shape adoption strategy, and collaborate with leadership across Commercial, Development, Finance, Operations, and Digital.

You will mentor analysts, refine methodologies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in business transformation, change management, or program management.
• Experience shaping methodologies, playbooks, or toolkits for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of adoption consulting across US Renewables & Power initiatives.
• Define and refine methodology, playbooks, and standards for adoption projects.
• Help define long-term ownership and metrics for adoption sustainment.
• Engage leadership to align on adoption approaches and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to integrate change management.
• Coordinate with BT teams to ensure coherent end-to-end transformation.
• Synthesize insights for leadership and mentor junior analysts.
