Michael Page is seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead an AML Production Support organization for a major global financial institution in Jersey City. The role combines AML expertise with enterprise production support, and requires influencing stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, and business teams.

• 10+ years of technology leadership in large financial services.
• Strong AML domain expertise across AML/Sanctions/CKYC platforms.
• Experience leading Production/Technology Operations teams.
• Proven track record developing teams and leaders.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influence.
• Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit and business units.
• Understanding of operational resiliency, governance and controls.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AML Production Support team.
• Manage approximately 20 direct and indirect reports across support and operations.
• Drive stability, resiliency, availability, and incident management for AML platforms.
• Partner with Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, Audit and business stakeholders.
• Lead Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Event Management.
• Communicate risks, issues, and remediation plans to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory, governance, and control requirements are met.
• Develop strategies to improve platform performance and service reliability.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and long-term operational strategy.
