Formación

• 10+ years of senior technology leadership experience.
• Proven AML, Global Financial Crimes, sanctions, KYC/CDD or crime tech experience.
• Strong analytical skills and production services know‑how.
• Familiar with ITIL processes.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to build a high‑performing AML production services team.
• Oversee core APS&E processes including incident, change, capacity, and event management.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and platform stability.
• Engage with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and frontline units.
• Collaborate with owners on prioritizing enhancements for stability.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, and training to meet goals.
• Deliver production application performance, security, and data standards.
• Manage relationships and foster Communities of Practice.
