MissionHires is seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Application Production Services within the Enterprise Risk & Finance Application Production Services team. This senior leadership role strengthens stability, resilience, performance, governance, and regulatory readiness of AML technology platforms while building a high-performing production support organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a senior technology leader overseeing production services or technology support teams.
Strong analytical and technical skills with production support across platforms.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Ability to manage operational risk, controls, and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the AML production services team and develop technology leaders.
Oversee incident, change, capacity, event, and service analytics management.
Ensure production platforms meet stability, resiliency, performance, and security standards.
Governance, risk controls, audits, and remediation activities alignment.
Build relationships with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business units.
Prioritize enhancements with owners and front-line teams to improve stability and reliability.
Lead solution delivery and performance in production aligned with policies.
