Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead AML Production Support within a large-scale Enterprise Risk & Finance technology environment. You will drive application stability, operational resilience, governance, and regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leaders across technology, risk, compliance, and business functions.

In this role, you will oversee production services, incident and problem management, change governance, and platform health.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology support, application production services, or technology operations teams.
Deep expertise in AML, Financial Crimes, KYC/CDD, Sanctions Screening, or related compliance tech platforms.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and production support best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing AML production support team.
Drive application stability, resiliency, performance and security across platforms.
Ensure adherence to ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Event).
Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements.
Establish governance standards, risk controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
Oversee platform health, service delivery and operational excellence initiatives.
Contribute to technology strategy and long-term platform roadmaps.
Build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
