- 10+ years of technology leadership experience within large, complex financial services environments.
- Strong Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain expertise, including experience supporting AML, Financial Crimes, KYC/CDD, Sanctions, or Transaction Monitoring platforms.
- Proven background leading Application Production Support, Technology Operations, or Application Support organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, including leaders and individual contributors.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience partnering with Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of operational resiliency, governance, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

- Lead AML Production Support with a focus on stability, resiliency, and availability of critical platforms.
- Manage a team of ~20 direct and indirect reports across production support and operations.
- Drive incident, problem, change, capacity, and event management for mission-critical AML systems.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, Audit, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and risk remediation.
- Communicate risks and remediation plans to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory, governance, and control requirements are consistently met.
- Contribute to roadmaps and long-term operational strategy.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AML Production Support team.
Manage approximately 20 direct and indirect reports across application support and operations functions.
Drive application stability, resiliency, availability, and incident management for mission-critical AML platforms.
Partner closely with Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, Audit, and business stakeholders.
Lead Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Event Management processes.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate risks, issues, and remediation plans.
Ensure regulatory, governance, and control requirements are consistently met.
Develop strategies that improve platform performance, operational efficiency, and service reliability.
Contribute to technology roadmaps and long-term operational strategy.

- Hybrid model: 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote.
- Following approximately six months in the role, the schedule may transition to 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
- Permanent position.
- Base salary of $175,000 - $220,000.
