Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Seattle seeks a highly tactical Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to own the day-to-day health of our client's Amazon programs.

This hands-on role focuses on flawless catalog, stock availability, and swift resolution of platform issues inside Vendor Central and Seller Central.

You will manage tickets, catalogs, content updates, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive immediate retail success for CPG brands.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Agency experience withCPG/FMCG brands preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation for large catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Ticket resolution & troubleshooting for Amazon support cases.
• Catalog & content management including bulk updates and asset uploads.
• Availability & inventory support, monitoring stock and resolving PO/shipment issues.
• Client & team support with digital shelf diagnostics and status reporting.
