Job summary

VML South Africa is looking for a Senior Manager, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining flawless Amazon catalogs, ensuring stock availability, and rapidly resolving platform issues to drive client success.

Based in New York with a hybrid work model, you will live in Vendor Central and Seller Central, perform content changes, manage flat files, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize product pages and imagery for

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of hands-on catalog management on Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Agency experience supporting CPG/FMCG brands is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage catalog updates across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Execute flat-file uploads, create parent-child variations, and map attributes.
• Monitor stock levels, PO issues, and catalog-related problems for clients.
• Provide weekly operational status reports and collaborate with internal teams.
• Coordinate content updates including images and A+ content to optimize PDPs.
