Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Developer to lead digital contact center initiatives in a cloud-first environment. The role focuses on building scalable, secure customer engagement across chat, email, SMS, and WhatsApp, with GenAI integrations.

You will migrate workloads from legacy systems, design chat widgets, integrate with CRM platforms, and ensure governance, security, and performance across AWS services. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

6+ years in contact center platforms
At least 4 years on Amazon Connect
2+ years building digital channels (chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp)

Responsibilities

Lead migration of digital contact center workloads to Amazon Connect
Design and implement chat, chatbot, SMS, email, and WhatsApp solutions
Develop and integrate custom chat widgets with JWT and secure APIs
Build custom widgets using AWS SDKs and APIs
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Implement GenAI-powered solutions using Bedrock, OpenAI, and other LLMs
Ensure security, scalability, and compliance across implementations
Troubleshoot and optimize routing and channels
