Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in contact center technology, engineering, or operations roles.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, contact flow design, and IVR configuration.
• Strong programming experience in Python with API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR solutions.
• Build and support integrations with CRM platforms and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Amazon Connect and AWS services.
