Job summary

Oowlish is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-scale contact center and AI-enabled experiences. You will work across Amazon Connect, Bedrock, and cloud-native stacks to modernize large customer service platforms.

The role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring deep AWS serverless expertise, TypeScript/Node.js and Python proficiency, and the ability to drive technical decisions with client engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building enterprise-scale CCaaS or Amazon Connect solutions.
• Strong background in AWS serverless architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise contact center solutions on Amazon Connect.
• Develop AI-powered conversational experiences and agent tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, and observability for production workloads.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to drive technical decisions and releases.
