Job summary

Miratech is seeking an Amazon Connect Support Engineer to maintain AWS-based CCaaS environments and ensure high availability. You will monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and work with Splunk and CloudWatch to improve observability.

The role offers exposure to multiple CCaaS platforms in a modern enterprise contact center, with remote work options and growth opportunities within a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience with CCaaS exposure.
• Strong observability, monitoring and troubleshooting in contact center environments.
• 2+ years hands-on Splunk and CloudWatch experience.
• AWS cloud experience including Lambda, Amazon Connect, ALBs.
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript for automation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance proactive monitoring for the AWS Connect CCaaS platform.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and platform owners on logging standards and monitoring best practices.
• Develop end-to-end interaction flows using Splunk for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Work with vendor partners to drive monitoring improvements across the platform.
• Develop and maintain CloudWatch dashboards for redundancy and visibility.
