Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Associate Director of Commerce Operations for our Amazon squad in a hybrid Chicago-area role. You will bridge strategy with day-to-day operational excellence, guiding catalog, promotions, and retail readiness while partnering with Retail Services Lead and Commerce Managers.

You will interpret performance data, deliver executive-ready insights, and drive recommendations to optimize sales, traffic, and buy box performance across Amazon channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) accounts.
• Ability to translate data into actionable client insights and growth strategies.
• Proficient in Excel for large catalog data manipulation (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Experience presenting to client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support between Retail Services Lead and Commerce Managers.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for growth and promotions.
• Advise on promotions, content, catalog, availability, and retail execution.
• Conduct operational audits of marketplace performance and profitability.
• Collaborate to resolve catalog errors and platform hurdles.
• Review Amazon performance data to inform next steps.
