Job summary

EY is seeking a senior alliances professional to lead the Snowflake Partner Program within the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team. You will develop strategy, coordinate with EY delivery practices, and drive activation across countries with travel as needed.

The role supports a mix of virtual work and regular coordination with team members worldwide, based in the US or UK. Strong relationship and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role you must have: ability to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and be highly organized.
• Understanding of Snowflake technology and business benefits of alliance partner products and solutions.
• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company.
• Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management skills delivering actions across organizational boundaries.
• Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and track record delivering alliance sales and revenues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Snowflake alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Snowflake level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally along with local activation and compliance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and metrics as needed for alliance impact.
• Activate new countries and super regions globally ensuring approvals and governance for new programs.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network with content, knowledge sharing, and market insights.
