Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi, a digital experience partner, seeks a Senior Consultant, AJO to design and optimize personalized customer engagement using AJO and AEP. You will translate objectives into journeys, audience strategies, and multi‑channel campaigns.

Remote role in the United States; requires 7+ years in marketing technology and hands‑on AJO/AEP experience, plus strong consulting and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing technology, marketing automation, customer engagement, analytics, or related consulting work.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with AJO and AEP.
• Experience implementing and optimizing customer journeys and campaigns in AJO.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer profiles, events, personalization, measurement, and customer‑insight generation.
• Experience working with Adobe XDM schemas, datasets, identity structures, and data ingestion processes.
• Experience delivering email campaigns and familiarity with SMS or push notification programs.
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and integrations supporting marketing technology solutions.
• Understanding of consent management, data governance, and data‑quality considerations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client objectives, lifecycle needs, engagement use cases, analytics questions, and outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, measurement approaches, documentation, and criteria.
• Design, configure, and maintain customer journeys and campaigns in AJO with cross‑channel orchestration.
• Implement customer engagement programs for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re‑engagement.
• Independently own complex workstreams, resolve ambiguity, communicate risks, and improve outcomes with minimal oversight.
