Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Consultant for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to design and optimize personalized customer journeys and cross‑channel campaigns from discovery through launch. You will partner with clients to translate business objectives into audience strategies, using data governance and analytics to drive outcomes.

The role is remote within the United States, requiring up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing tech, marketing automation, customer engagement, data analytics, or related consulting work.
• 3+ years hands-on with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience implementing and optimizing customer journeys and campaigns in AJO.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into designs, plans, and documentation.
• Design, configure, and maintain journeys in AJO across channels.
• Implement engagement programs for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and improve delivery practices.
