Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks an AJO Technical Account Manager to drive large‑enterprise Adobe Journey Optimizer deployments and ongoing success. You will lead complex integrations, guide data design, and resolve production issues with customer, partner, and Adobe teams.

The role requires hands‑on AJO expertise, strong architectural understanding, and the ability to translate engineering guidance into actionable steps for customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation experience.
• Seven+ years in technical consulting, implementation, architecture, or related technical roles.
• Ability to investigate complex technical issues using logs, diagnostics, APIs, payloads, and other evidence.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working with engineering teams and customer/partner technical teams on implementation/production issues.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to engineers and business leaders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform concepts is a plus if AJO experience is strong.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central technical point of contact across the customer, implementation partner, Adobe Customer Success, and Product Engineering.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex AJO implementations, migrations, integrations, and production deployments.
• Understand and evaluate AJO/AEP architecture and data design, including schemas, datasets, identities, profiles, events, audiences, journeys, channels, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, diagnostics, API requests/responses, payloads, and configurations.
• Work with Product Engineering to investigate issues and translate guidance into actionable steps.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration, testing, debugging, and production validation across multiple systems.
• Identify technical risks, edge cases, dependencies, and failure scenarios before production issues.
• Lead customers and partners through environment changes, upgrades, feature rollouts, and stabilizations.
• Drive technical escalations with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Maintain regular communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
