Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer experiences across email, in-app, SMS, push, DirectMail and web channels.

You will work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), build real-time journeys, manage data structures like Real-Time Customer Profiles and XDM schemas, and integrate with enterprise systems while troubleshooting production issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong knowledge of Real-Time Customer Profiles, XDM schemas, and Identity Service.
• Experience building real-time customer journeys and audience activation.
• Proficient with REST APIs, data integrations, and SQL; troubleshooting production issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across channels (email, in-app, SMS, push, DirectMail, web).
• Configure and maintain data architecture, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration within AEP/AJO.
• Integrate with enterprise systems via REST APIs and monitor journey analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of personalized customer experiences across email, In-app, SMS, push, DirectMail and web channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), customer data architecture, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience building and supporting real-time customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of:
