Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an AJO Technical Account Manager to help large enterprise customers successfully implement, operate, and scale Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This role provides the technical leadership needed to maintain operational health and navigate complex implementations.

Location: Remote - United States. The ideal candidate has hands-on AJO experience and can collaborate with customer and partner teams as well as Adobe Product Engineering.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) expertise.
• Real implementation experience with AJO is required.
• Ability to understand solution architecture and data design.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex implementations and review logs/artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central technical point of contact across customer, partner, Adobe Success, and Product Engineering.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for AJO implementations, migrations, integrations, and deployments.
• Understand and evaluate AJO/AEP architecture and data design (schemas, datasets, identities, profiles, events, journeys).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, API requests, payloads, and configuration.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to investigate issues and translate guidance into next steps for customers and partners.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration, testing, debugging, and production validation across Adobe, customer, and partners.
