Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to provide long-range aircrew scheduling support for a dynamic operations group. responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with units, and ensuring resources meet mission needs.

The role requires proficiency with scheduling software, PEX experience, and a Secret Clearance. You will work with Wing Scheduling and leadership to optimize flying operations and training schedules.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Minimum of two years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with PEX or similar scheduling program.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a long-range scheduling system for aircrew and operations.
• Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with objectives.
• Ensure optimization of resources and alignment with AFRC/ANG goals.
• Analyze historical mission data to improve future planning.
• Generate detailed reports for leadership to inform decision-making.
• Provide training to personnel on the long-range scheduling system.
• Maintain data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and related databases.
• Schedule aircrews based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk.
• Coordinate with Wing Scheduling and higher headquarters for exercise coordination.
• Publish scheduling data for training events and missions.
