Job summary

Snowflake, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to solve complex customer problems alongside the sales team and channel partners. You will strategize, deliver value-based demonstrations, support proofs of concept, and close business across a dynamic enterprise environment.

You will thrive in a business/technical context, engaging executives and technical audiences, with travel about 25% and opportunities to influence Snowflake's data and AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of industry experience with minimum 5 years in a pre-sales environment.
• Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Curiosity for the AI landscape and visionary partnership with customers.
• Experience leveraging AI code generation tools to accelerate productivity.
• Broad experience with large-scale DB/DS technologies and cloud tech.
• Hands-on with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.
• Ability to connect customer problems to Snowflake solutions.
• Ability to map customer architecture to Snowflake Data Architecture.
• University degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent; MBA/DS preferred.
• Experience with GSIs (EY, Deloitte, Accenture) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Demonstrate and communicate Snowflake value through the sales cycle from demo to POC to design and implementation.
• Stay current on AI and vendor landscapes to position Snowflake effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing.
