Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Solution Consultant to support Moveworks Solution Sales. This technical consultant will develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and executives to drive revenue across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes deep AI-enabled workflow expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to lead discovery workshops while delivering compelling product demos. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Strong territory management and pipeline development.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert to a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine challenges and demonstrate the product to align with customer needs.
• Develop client partner relationships.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product management about enhancements for customer value.
• Share and learn best practices and reusable assets to improve team efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
