You will be the primary technical contact throughout design, implementation, and launch, travelling up to 25% as needed.

You will own 5–8 engagements, architect integrations with systems like ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira, and guide customers with a roadmap for adapting AI in their workflows.

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise customers.
• Proven track record driving technical adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own 5–8 enterprise customer engagements as primary technical owner.
• Architect and deliver high-impact AI solutions on Moveworks Platform.
• Design and build integrations with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira).
• Act as trusted technical advisor and help develop AI roadmaps.
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence platform evolution.
• Generalize solutions into reusable templates and share learnings.
