Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior, customer-facing Solutions Engineer to own end-to-end technical relationships with enterprise customers. You will translate complex business challenges into AI solutions on the Moveworks Platform, in a role that travels up to 25% and interacts with IT teams and internal engineering groups.

You will design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira) and partner with customers to advance their AI journey while mentoring engineers

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent education
• Demonstrated track record with mid-to-large enterprise customers
• Experience building and launching full-stack workflows using REST APIs, iPaaS tools, or scripting languages
• Ability to design solutions and drive adoption across customer lifecycle
• Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment on complex problems
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to operate across multiple business and technical domains

Responsibilities

• Owns 3-5 large customer engagements simultaneously
• Architect and deliver AI solutions using the Moveworks Platform
• Design secure, scalable integrations with customer systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira)
• Serve as trusted technical advisor for a multi-year platform strategy
• Coordinate cross-org initiatives across Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Sales
• Mentor and share knowledge; develop engineers and reusable templates
• Translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and solution narratives
